Art therapy is a form of psychotherapy that uses the creative process and art materials as tools to increase a person's overall mental health and well-being.

 

No previous art experience or training is required to benefit from art therapy.

Support for children (4+), youth, and parents/caregivers to heal through art psychotherapy and play therapy techniques.

clinical supervision + consultation

Working with clinicians who are registered with CATA, CCPA, ACTA or CRPO, and students in graduate programs.

Sessions are online.

workshops and courses

Opportunities for caregivers, clinicians and community to deepen their understanding of human experience and connect through the creative arts.
